Job summary

42 North Dental in United States is seeking a dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care within an established practice. You will conduct exams, diagnose conditions, create and review treatment plans, and perform restorative and surgical procedures while upholding high ethical standards.

The role offers part-time scheduling with occasional Saturday hours and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k), along with access to continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
