Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a licensed Dentist to join our practice on a part-time basis. The role covers the full patient care continuum from exam to treatment planning, including in-office specialties.

You will work with a strong patient flow in a well-established practice. The position offers competitive daily pay and opportunities for continuing education through our network, with benefits extending to eligible part-time staff.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and best practices.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
