Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care, from exam to treatment plan and delivery. The role includes in-office surgeries and cosmetic procedures within a patient‑focused practice.
You will educate patients on options, review treatment plans, and maintain accurate records while upholding high ethical standards. Opportunities for continuing education, a diverse patient flow, and competitive compensation are offered.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state dental license to practice.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
