Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from the initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In our established practice, we provide in-house periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Schedule: Part-Time, Labor Day through Memorial Day, two Saturdays per month from 7AM–12PM. Benefits include health insurance with optional HSA, dental and vision, 401K, CE opportunities via Harvard Rounds Network, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
