Job summary

Opportunity Details

• Examines individuals requesting care, diagnoses their dental/oral conditions, prescribes and carries out, or directs others in carrying out, appropriate dental/oral treatment, or refers individuals for specialty consultation or treatment in conformance with approved clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Maintains current and accurate problem-oriented dental records.
• Consults with the Chief Medical Officer on referrals and other matters pertaining to the Center's dental health services.
• Supervises the Assistant in the Dental Department.
• Must provide late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation.

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $185,000* based on 40-hour work week.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $203,500**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
