Opportunity Details

• Monday, Tuesday, and Fridayare needed at this time.
• Responsible for participating in training OMFS residents in the clinic, operating room, and emergency room.

• OMFS currently has operating room time 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Active New York State Dental License.
• Active New York State Dental Anesthesia License.

Wages and Benefits include

• Annual Base Salary: $251,250* (board eligible); $258,750* (board certified) based on 30‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra sessional/per diem hours.
• The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $361,895** (board eligible) and $370,145** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below.
• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $30,000(based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
