42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our Boston-rooted practice in Massachusetts. Built by dentists for dentists, we aim to deliver healthy, confident smiles for life as we test and launch new treatments and services in collaboration with leading healthcare partners.

As part of a growth-minded team, you will educate patients, diagnose conditions, and create comprehensive treatment plans. The practice emphasizes mentorship, ongoing education, and a strong patient flow.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
