42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our Boston-area practice where we deliver healthy, confident smiles for life. Built by dentists for dentists, we provide exclusive continuing education and mentorship to shape your career, while welcoming a strong flow of new patients each month.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on treatment options, and create comprehensive treatment plans in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients; uphold ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
