42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our Boston-rooted practice, delivering high-quality care to a steady stream of patients. You will participate in comprehensive treatment planning, educate patients on options, and collaborate with a network of Doctors for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
