Job summary

42 North Dental, founded by dentists, is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice. You will guide patients from initial exam to care delivery, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental program accredited by ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education
