Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead patient care across the full clinical cycle, from examination to treatment. Our established practice experiences a strong flow of new patients monthly and offers in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role emphasizes achieving excellent patient outcomes, maintaining high ethics, and engaging in ongoing CE opportunities, including Harvard Rounds Network events. Earn up to 36% of collections.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review options with patients and explain plans.
• Maintain and update dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

BLS/CPR certification
