Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license is required.
• BLS or CPR certification must be current.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented; malpractice insurance coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and prevent disease.
• Diagnose dental diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and risks.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate dental/medical records and radiographs.
