Qualifications
- Licensed dentist in Texas with no restrictions.
- Current unrestricted DEA registration.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
- Proficient in computers and EHR systems.
- Complete pre-employment training and screenings.
- Comply with immunization requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine, preventive, and advanced dental care for residents.
- Develop written treatment plans with justification for irreversible procedures.
- Document care in electronic medical and dental records.
- Perform duties under the Dental Director's supervision.
- Maintain communication with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- Ensure organized patient records and schedules.
- Present clinical information to teams and relevant parties.
- Work in a team-oriented clinical environment.
