42North Dental is seeking a dentist in Michigan to lead the patient care experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office services include general and specialty care, with a focus on comprehensive, preventive, and restorative dentistry.

You will diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, educate patients, and maintain records while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Opportunities for education and growth are provided.

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.
