Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan seeks a licensed dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery, including in-house services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will educate patients, develop and review treatment plans, maintain comprehensive records, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while enjoying a competitive compensation package and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
