42 North Dental seeks a licensed Dentist for our Gentle Dental Rochester practice, delivering comprehensive dental care from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, enabling collaborative, high-quality patient care.

The position emphasizes a strong patient base, ongoing CE opportunities, mentorship, and an equity opportunity within a growing network. Competitive compensation with strong upside potential is offered.

Competenze

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
