Job summary

42North Dental is recruiting a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience—from exams to treatment delivery—within a modern practice that emphasizes comprehensive care across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role requires a DMD or DDS with an active state license, vaccinations, and CPR/BLS certification. Expect a production-based compensation model with strong earning potential and ongoing opportunities

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
