Job summary

The Dentist role requires graduation from an accredited dental school, state licensure, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of general dentistry experience; the position is open to U.S. residents and emphasizes autonomy in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of dental medicine.
• One year of experience in general dentistry preferred.
• Must have and maintain current licensure as a dentist within the state of employment.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides dental care and treatment to referred patients in accordance with facility regulations and standards.
• Performs routine cleaning, restorative dentistry, and extractions as needed.
• Evaluates patients' dental care needs and makes clinically appropriate recommendations.
• Takes impressions for dental appliances and instructs patients in good dental hygiene techniques.
• Maintains accurate and confidential patient records and provides in-service training for health staff members.
