Qualifications

• One year of experience in general dentistry preferred.
• Must have and maintain current licensure as a dentist within the state of employment; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides dental care and treatment to referred patients in accordance with facility regulations and standards.
• Performs routine cleaning, restorations, and extractions as needed.
• Evaluates patients' dental care needs and makes clinically appropriate recommendations.
• Takes impressions for dental appliances and instructs patients in good dental hygiene techniques.
• Maintains accurate and confidential patient records and provides in-service training for health staff.
