GEO Secured Services in Arizona is seeking a skilled dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care to patients in a correctional setting. You will perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning while ensuring adherence to health standards and facility policies.

The role offers a full-time opportunity at our facilities in Arizona, with collaboration across medical teams and opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state where the facility is located.
• Current license must remain active during employment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain compliance with company policies for accreditation.
• Complete an initial dental screening on all new commitments within seven (7) days.
• Evaluate patients needing or applying for dental care.
• Take impressions for dental plates and send prostheses to outside dental labs.
• Formulate and create individual treatment plans after a thorough exam.
• Perform routine cleaning, drilling, filling, and extraction of teeth following standards.
• Prescribe pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens for dental conditions.
• Produce clear health records and correspondence using the EHR system.

Education

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
