Qualifications

• Must hold a dental degree from an accredited dental school.
• Licensed to practice as a dentist in the state where the facility is located.
• Ability to interact effectively with detainees and staff in a correctional setting.
• Demonstrate ability to adjust techniques for the special needs of the population.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise complete dental care for detainees.
• Complete initial dental screenings within seven days of new commitments.
