Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Lead Dentist for Quince Orchard Dental Care in Maryland. This full-time role offers a minimum average salary of $300,000 per year with the potential to earn more through patient collections.

You will practice comprehensive dentistry with a modern, technology-driven approach, including iTero scans and 3D imaging, while enjoying mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program and active license.
• DEA license required.
• Experience with restorative, cosmetic, crown/bridge and perio procedures preferred.

• Full-time Lead Dentist position
• Minimum average salary: $300,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
• Restorative procedures
• Cosmetic bondings and veneers
• Crown & Bridge
• Comprehensive treatment planner
• Comfortable and experienced with perio procedures such as crown lengthening and Gum Grafts a plus - currently all perio procedures are being referred out
• Endo, extractions, aligner/Invisalign and implant placement experience a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
