Gentle Dental in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a supportive InterDent family practice. The role offers a generous signing bonus and a guaranteed, uncapped income model between $180,000 and $400,000 annually, with no production targets.

You’ll work in a PPO-heavy office with in-house board specialists, ample mentorship, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance and clinical autonomy.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs


• Predominantly PPO practice
