Gentle Dental in Laveen, AZ is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a PPO-focused practice with a supportive, mission-driven team. The role offers an annual income range and benefits, including mentorship and in-house CE, under InterDent family standards.

Schedule is Tuesday–Friday with two Saturdays per month; relocation assistance and comprehensive practice support are provided to help you focus on patient care and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
• Accredited Dental School Graduate.
• Current State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and support teams.
• Maintain high standard of patient care and clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a balanced schedule with PPO practice dynamics.
