Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part time or Full Time Endodontist for our Laveen, Arizona practice. This role offers a $25,000 signing bonus and predominantly PPO referrals from General Dentists, with a comprehensive dental office and strong clinical autonomy.

Positions require Endodontic Residency, Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or better, and current State Dental License; Board Certified/Eligible preferred. Work schedule includes 4 days a month, with 2 days in Avondale and 2 in Laveen.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Endodontic residency certificate required.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state (or ability to obtain).
• CPR/DEA/NPI or similar certifications may be required.
