Job summary

Gentle Dental in Surprise, AZ is looking for a Full-time General Dentist to join their mission-driven team. This role includes working with a full team of Board eligible or Certified specialists and providing comprehensive dental care while ensuring clinical and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, be a graduate from an accredited dental school, and hold a valid State Dental License. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive work culture are offered.

Position Details

• Full team of in‑house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation: Percentage of production based on experience
• Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday); Fridays and some Saturdays required
