Todays Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in Cayce, SC to translate diagnoses into written plans with real numbers and present them without pressure. You will follow up with patients who need time to decide and keep treatment plans moving in the right order.

The role requires a confident, money-aware presence, solid dental procedure knowledge, and the ability to answer insurance questions without leaving the room. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a dental practice, especially in presentation or insurance.
• Ability to explain costs, benefits, and financing clearly.
• Organized with weekly follow-up on uncompleted treatment.
• Comfortable asking for appointments and not being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans with itemized fees and clear rationale.
• Break down insurance coverage and estimated benefits.
• Arrange financing and payment plans to reduce delays.
• Schedule and sequence accepted treatments on the spot.
• Maintain weekly follow-up on unscheduled or partial treatments.
• Track case acceptance and report conversion data.
