You will present treatment plans with itemized fees, explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs, arrange financing, schedule treatment, and track conversion of case acceptance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a dental practice, ideally in treatment presentation, financial coordination, or insurance.
• Solid grasp of dental procedures, coding, and insurance benefits to answer questions in the room.
• Comfortable asking for the appointment and following up without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans with itemized fees and explanations.
• Break down insurance coverage, estimated benefits, and out-of-pocket cost before treatment.
• Arrange financing and payment plans so cost is not a barrier.
• Schedule accepted treatment on the spot and keep plans moving in order.
• Work the unscheduled and partially completed treatment list weekly.
• Track case acceptance and report on conversions.
