Job summary

Gentle Dental in Brentwood, CA is seeking Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will present treatment plans, discuss costs, and guide patients to a healthy smile with clear financial options.

We value team players with 1–2 years front office experience in a medical setting; bilingual Spanish is a plus, and computer literacy (QSI/Denticon is a plus). Part-time schedule with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Bilingual, Spanish a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and treatment options based on proposed treatment.
• Present treatment plans and discuss costs with patients.
• Lead patients through the full cycle from first appointment to last for a healthy smile.
