The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus, a pay range of $24–$29 per hour, part-time scheduling (3 days per week and 1 Saturday per month), and a robust benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical or dental environment.
• Strong computer skills; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing costs with patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient experience from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance.
• Clearly communicate treatment plans, financial options, and payment solutions to help patients decide on care.
• Guide patients from the first appointment to completion of treatment.
