A professional dental team looking for an experienced, motivated, and efficient treatment plan coordinator/front desk/manager for our busy practice. -Ensuring that the office is meeting expectations of production on the schedule, making sure production is scheduled, achieve performance goals, collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage, knowledge of dental insurance plans, explains the treatment plan,

• address patient concerns and answer any questions,

• bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations as required oversee and track dental benefit plan accounts receivable and follow-up on claims regularly to ensure timely payment,

• completing daily and monthly reporting, perform general office duties and other duties as required
