Qualifications

• Previous dental or medical administrative experience is required.

• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving practice needs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate treatment estimates and present treatment plans to patients.
• Assist patients with financing and payment arrangements.
• Schedule returning patients for follow-up treatments and appointments.
• Obtain and verify insurance coverage, send claims, post payments, and manage collections.
• Oversee patient accounts and ensure accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage front office tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with team to handle administrative duties.
