Elevated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to manage treatment plans and related fees, relieving the surgeon from such discussions. The role covers front office duties, insurance coordination, and patient communications to support a smooth, patient-centered practice.

You’ll interact with patients to present plans, arrange financing, and schedule follow-ups, while ensuring accurate account management and teamwork with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must have a patient-centered approach to interactions and service delivery.
• Experience in dental/medical administration with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare and present accurate treatment estimates and plans to patients, explaining procedures and fees.
• Assist patients with financing and payment arrangements to ensure affordability and compliance.
• Schedule return visits for follow-up treatments and appointments.
• Obtain and verify insurance coverage, send claims, post payments, and handle collections.
• Oversee patient accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage front office tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
