Qualifications

• 2+ years in dental, treatment coordination, patient finance, or similar role with conversion goals.
• Able to explain clinical plans in human terms, not transactional.
• Familiar with practice-management software (Open Dental a plus) and financing tools like CareCredit and Cherry.

Responsibilities

• Sit with patients after their exam and walk them through the doctor’s plan in understandable terms.
• Translate between clinical team and the financial side (insurance, financing, payment options).
• Own follow-up and drive case acceptance with warm persistence.
• Partner with scheduling to book accepted treatments.
• Track numbers like case acceptance, scheduled production, and conversion.
