Premier Family Dentistry in Libertyville, IL is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to join a fast-paced, patient-focused team. You will greet patients, coordinate scheduling, and act as the liaison between patients and the clinical staff to present treatment plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in healthcare or dental office role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, professional personality.

• General computer proficiency.

• Team-player attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and be the face of the practice.
• Coordinate and manage patient scheduling.
• Serve as liaison between patients and the clinical team.
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
• Assist patients with questions regarding treatment and financial arrangements.
• Perform front desk and administrative duties as needed.
• Help create a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
