Passion Dental Mattapan is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our CFDB Mattapan team. You will help patients understand treatment plans, insurance benefits, and next steps in their dental care journey, while delivering a welcoming, patient-centered experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust, educate patients about options, coordinate scheduling for restorative and follow-up care, and support a collaborative front-office team.

Qualifications

• Ability to educate patients on insurance benefits and financial options.
• Organizational skills to manage scheduling and records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements
• Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
• Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience
• Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion
