Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, healthcare, dental, or patient coordination experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes, including benefit verification, patient financial discussions, and payment options preferred
• Experience with dental treatment planning, patient consultations, or case acceptance is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dental office environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
• Review doctor-prescribed treatment plans with patients and answer questions
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing solutions, and payment options
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow
• Verify insurance coverage and educate patients on benefits and financial responsibilities
• Handle patient payments and assist with billing questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the practice management system
• Support office efficiency and patient satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with doctors and leadership to improve treatment acceptance
