Signature Smile in Florence, AL is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. This role covers front desk duties and assists in coordinating patient treatment, financing options, and overall patient experience from check-in to treatment room.

You will collaborate with the Office Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate records, and a welcoming environment for every patient.

Qualifications

• Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience is a plus.
• Confident discussing treatment, finances, and insurance with patients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced practice.
• A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and confidently review financial and payment options with patients.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care.
• Support front-office functions including phones, check-in/out, payments, insurance, and patient records.
• Assist the Office Manager with daily operations, reporting, and administrative needs.
• Partner with doctors and the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
