Exceptional Dental is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to join the front desk team in Central, Louisiana. The role focuses on patient-centered care, explaining treatment plans and financing options in a simple, approachable way to ensure a positive patient experience.

You will manage appointments, coordinate with specialists, handle payments and present financing choices, while maintaining dependable attendance and professional presentation in a fast-paced dental office setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental office preferred.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments in consideration of production and capacity.
• Set up appointments with specialists when indicated and coordinate with specialists.
• Accept and record payments.
• Present financing options to patients and make necessary arrangements.
• Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Retrieve and follow up on messages and emails regarding treatment and new appointments.
• Monitor schedule and patients who are waiting in reception area; notify staff of delays.
• Make courtesy calls for treatment follow-up (post-op when necessary).
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
