Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments considering production and capacity.
• Coordinate with specialists and set up referrals when indicated.
• Accept and record payments and present financing options.
• Maintain punctual attendance and proper schedule adherence.
• Retrieve and follow up on messages regarding treatment and new appointments.
• Make courtesy follow-up calls for post-treatment care.
