Family Dental Station in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is motivated, organized, and patient-focused. You will present treatment plans, discuss costs, and help patients understand their insurance coverage to facilitate treatment acceptance.

The role involves coordinating with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office to ensure a smooth patient experience, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality service.

Qualificações

• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or Front Office Coordinator is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, common procedures, and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with dental insurance, benefit breakdowns, and patient financing options.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner.

Responsabilidades

• Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Review treatment recommendations, including restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, and implant procedures.
• Discuss treatment costs, insurance estimates, financing options, and payment arrangements.
• Help patients understand their insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket expenses.
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans to encourage scheduling and treatment acceptance.
• Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, the front office, and insurance team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Schedule treatment appointments and manage the treatment pipeline.
• Verify that treatment plans, consent forms, financial arrangements, and patient records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and effective communication with patients.
• Meet established goals for treatment acceptance, case presentation, and scheduled production.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
