Qualifications
- 1 year+ experience as Dental Receptionist or front desk role.
- Experience creating and presenting treatment plans to patients.
- Knowledge of verifying insurance and collecting payments.
Responsibilities
- Receptionist tasks including answering the office phone and routing calls.
- Checking-in patients (insurance verification and information confirmation).
- Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients.
- Collecting payments from patients.
- Communicating patient arrivals promptly.
- Managing administrative records to support daily operations.
- Encouraging patients to schedule follow-up visits and return appointments.
