A-Team Dental Staffing LLC is partnering with a private practice in the Greater Pasadena area to hire a Treatment Coordinator for a direct-hire role. The candidate will present treatment plans, educate patients, verify PPO benefits, and coordinate financing.

We value a patient-centered approach, strong communication, and a high level of organization. Heavy MGE experience is preferred and the schedule supports a full-time, on-site role in Altadena, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Previous MGE experience strongly preferred.
• Strong PPO insurance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This is a heavy MGE practice , making it an excellent opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator who is confident in treatment presentation, patient education, and case acceptance while creating an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
