High End Hiring is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator eager to grow with our practice. The role is ideal for someone with dental office experience and hands-on Treatment Coordinator exposure. We offer ongoing training and a clear path for advancement in a supportive environment.

Office Hours Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 with no weekends. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with demonstrated growth opportunities and potential raises based on performance.

Job Description

Dental Treatment Coordinator (Growth Opportunity!)

We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is eager to grow with our practice. If you have some experience in dentistry—but aren't set in your ways—we'd love to meet you.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Front Desk Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or in another dental office role and has gained some hands-on Treatment Coordinator experience, even if it was in an all-hands-on-deck environment. We believe in developing talent and are committed to training the right person.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00, no weekends

What We're Looking For

• Some dental office experience required.
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience preferred (even if limited).
• Strong communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to build trust with patients.
• Strong math skills are a must. You'll need to accurately calculate treatment plans, insurance estimates, out-of-network benefits, and patient financial responsibilities quickly using a calculator.
• Coachable, motivated, and excited to learn.

For example, one of our previous Treatment Coordinators started at $23 per hour and, through consistent performance and growth, received raises every 30 days, reaching $31 per hour within six months.
