Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment coordinator role.
• Prior experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns required.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing financial responsibility with patients.
• Strong phone skills, including scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and patient follow-up.
• Experience working with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred).
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures required.
• Dental office experience required.
