This position emphasizes strong communication, multi-line phone handling, PMS efficiency, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a modern dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years front desk dental practice experience with basic insurance knowledge.
• Experience with fee-for-service practices/out-of-network insurance.
• Experience managing patient leads with high conversion.
• Proficiency with PMS scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and prolonged sitting/standing.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls including new patients and emergencies.
• Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions.
• Establishing trusting relationship with new patients.
• Tracking pending and incomplete treatments.
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies.
• Presenting treatment plans.
• Ensuring dental goals are met regarding services.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Requesting records.
• Patient follow ups.
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance.
