Intown Smile Studio in Atlanta, GA seeks a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join a patient‑centric team. You will welcome patients, explain treatment plans, schedule appointments, and coordinate records while ensuring smooth operations and accurate insurance handling.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of front desk dental experience, familiarity with insurance, PMS scheduling, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years front desk experience in a dental practice with basic knowledge of insurance and PMS scheduling.
• Experience with Fee For Service practices/out-of-network insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls including new patients and emergencies.
• Greet patients for positive first impressions.
• Explain treatment plans and practice policies to patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage records.
• Follow up on pending treatments and case acceptances.
• Coordinate with team to ensure goals for dental services are met.
