Santa Monica LiveWell Dentistry is seeking a driven Treatment Coordinator to own the patient journey from treatment plan to scheduled appointment in Santa Monica. The role offers a clear path to leadership as the practice grows and promotes from within.

You will present personalized treatment plans, discuss costs and insurance benefits, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain full schedules while delivering compassionate patient care.

Formación

• You have 1+ years of dental experience in a front office, assisting, or treatment coordination.
• You are comfortable discussing fees, payment options, and insurance benefits without pressure.
• You communicate clearly with patients and maintain a warm, professional presence.
• You stay organized and follow through on tasks and schedules.
• You are familiar with Eaglesoft or similar dental software.

Responsabilidades

• Present personalized treatment plans so patients understand and feel confident.
• Explain costs, payments, and insurance benefits to patients.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment to avoid gaps in care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to keep schedules full and patients moving forward.
• Build relationships to encourage referrals and return visits.

Santa Monica LiveWell Dentistry is a modern, high-tech practice led by Dr. Khanideh and Dr. Pouyan. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Treatment Coordinator to own the patient journey from treatment plan to scheduled appointment. This role has a real path to a senior or lead position, and we promote from within.

What you'll do

• Present personalized treatment plans in a way patients understand and feel confident about
• Walk patients through costs, payment options, and insurance benefits
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment so care doesn't fall through the cracks
• Work with our clinical team to keep schedules full and patients moving forward
• Build relationships that keep patients coming back and referring friends and family

What you bring
