• Address objections and negotiate treatment plans and costs.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Explain dental terminology and convey the importance of oral hygiene and treatment.
• Schedule appointments, treatment plan consultations, and post-treatment follow-ups.
• Submit insurance applications and documents to insurance companies.
• Streamline office operations and communication between patients, staff and dentists.
