Job summary

Dental Dreams, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Greenville, SC. This role bridges patients and care providers, guiding treatment plans and coordinating appointments to optimize patient experience and acceptance.

You will work with dentists, assistants, and staff to explain procedures, verify benefits, and manage schedules. A high school diploma and dental office experience are preferred; knowledge of Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a dental office or patient coordination.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix / Eaglesoft).
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service or sales background to guide patients through decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients regarding treatment plans, financial options, and appointment scheduling.
• Explain dental procedures, treatment plans, and associated costs clearly and compassionately to patients.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality according to HIPAA.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Schedule appointments, treatment plan consultations, and post-treatment follow-ups.
• Submit insurance applications and documents to insurance companies.
• Streamline office operations and communication between patients, staff and dentists.
• Provide top-tier patient service and satisfaction.
• Deescalate patient grievances as needed.
